During the station's operating hours, the alpine touring trails are open from 9 am until sunset. Independent alpine hiking outside of these hours is strictly forbidden.. Before strapping on your skins or snowshoes, take the time to familiarize yourself with the Alpine hiking rules of conduct.
Our marked trails are accessible on touring skis, splitboards, snowshoes, or fatbikes. Their gradual elevation gain makes them suitable for all ages, whether you're new to the activity or a local athlete looking to log multiple laps for training.
New! Starting with the 2026–2027 season, Mont Rigaud will offer the Alpine touring equipment rental (skis and boots) to facilitate the initiation to ski touring.
