If weather forces us to close the trails or postpone lessons, an ALERT banner will appear at the top of our website's homepage. These decisions are made early the same morning or late the night before. If you're still unsure, you can reach us during business hours at 450-451-0000.
It happens to everyone to misplace an item during a day at the mountain. At Mont Rigaud, we do our best to make reunions easier.
Valuables
Lost valuables (credit cards, wallets, identification, keys, cell phones, etc.) are held at the Customer Service desk. To check if an item has been turned in, please visit the desk or contact us at 450-451-0000. To increase your chances of getting a response, it's best to call on weekdays, as weekends are very busy.
Everyday Items
Ski equipment, clothing, and other everyday items are stored in a locker at the rental counter and can be accessed according to the hours of operation at the station. Identification must be done in person on site, ideally on a weekday.
Unclaimed Items
After a reasonable period of time, unclaimed items are donated to local organizations, turned over to the appropriate authorities if they contain personal information, or responsibly recycled at the end of the season.
