1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 Registrations to the Snow School programs are launched on September 1st each year. Registrations must be done online. Places are limited. Registrations are based on first come first served basis.
1.2 For all registrations, the reference date is September 30, 2026. A proof of age may be required (health insurance card and/or driver’s license).
1.3 Complete payment is required to confirm a registration at the ski school.
1.4 Mountain and learning zone access is included for every Saturday and Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., from the first week to the last of the 8 -Week program (postponements included).
1.5 Participants registered in an 8-Week program have the option to purchase an Unlimited Pass (every day from 9 a.m to 9 p.m) at 50% off (not included in the price of the program).
1.6 Participants who have completed an 8-Week program with the Snow School benefit from a priority re-enrollment for the following year. The details of this exclusive re-enrollment period are shared at the appropriate time with the graduates only. If the re-enrollment period is missed, no exception is granted and registration must be done as of September 1st like any other customer.
2. MODIFICATION AND REFUND POLICIES
2.1 Any change to a registration made prior to the start of the program results in a 25$ administrative fee and is subject to remaining availability.
2.2 No changes permitted after the start of the program: Chosen day and time upon registration apply for the entirety of the program.
2.3 Any refund also automatically revokes the right of access that is included with the 8-Week programs.
2.4 Before the start of the program: A refund may be requested without justification. The total amount will be refunded.
2.5 After the start of the program: A prorated reimbursement may be requested solely in the case of serious injury/illness or move. Proof of the serious injury/illness or move is required. Prorated refunds are based on the number of passed classes at the time of refund request and include a non-refundable administrative fee of $25.
2.6 No refund, credit or make up class in case of absence, regardless of the reason.
2.7 The ski school reserves the right to change the schedule or to cancel and postpone a lesson. In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, the cancelled lesson is automatically postponed to the end of the 8-Week program by adding an extra Saturday or Sunday. It is possible that one season may count more than one postponed lesson. The same policies (above) apply in case of absence to a postponed class.
2.8 WEATHER - The parent or the participant is responsible for verifying (on our website and Facebook) if the ski hill is in operation or if there is cancellation of the courses. No individual notice will be sent.
