1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 A ticket is required for anyone wishing to access the alpine touring trails.
1.2 Only alpine touring skis or snowboards, snowshoes and fatbikes are allowed in the alpine touring trails. Pedestrians on foot are strictly prohibited.
1.3 For all ticketing purchases, the reference date is the date of purchase. Proof of age is required (health insurance card and/or driver’s license) to get discount rates (senior, junior and toddler).
1.4 A first purchase includes a reloadable access card. The card must be kept in order to reload it for future visits (this season and the ones to come, during Winter and Summer). A 5$ fee per card applies for any replacement.

1.6 Mont Rigaud reserves the right to revoke the privileges that a lift ticket confers, and this without any refund, to anyone not complying with the Mountain Code of Conduct or showing disrespectful or offensive behavior.
1.7 Tickets are non-transferable and non-shareable.
1.8 Ticket resale is prohibited.
2. MODIFICATION AND REFUND POLICIES
2.1 A refund or date change is only granted by Mont Rigaud in the event of a sporadic closure of the resort. If the resort remains open, no refund, credit or date change will be granted on a ticket, regardless of the reason.
