1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Seasonal alpine touring memberships sales are launched on September 1st, each year.
1.2 For alpine touring memberships, the reference date is the date of purchase. A proof of age may be required (health insurance card and/or driver’s license) to get discount rates (toddler).
1.3 Complete payment is required to obtain a season pass.
1.4 Validity of the seasonal alpine touring membership is from January 1st to December 31st. During the summer season, the membership is valid for hiking. The membership does not grant access to the mountain bike trails.
1.5 Alpine touring trails are accessible everyday between 9am and sundown. Autonomous alpine touring or any mountain access outside of regular skiing operating hours is strictly prohibited.
1.6 Mont Rigaud reserves the right to revoke the privileges that a season pass confers, and this without any refund, to anyone not complying with the Mountain Code of Conduct or showing disrespectful or offensive behavior.
1.7 Seasonal memberships are non-shareable.
1.8 Membership resale is prohibited.
2. MODIFICATION AND REFUND POLICIES
2.1 An administrative fee of $25 is charged for any refund or change pertaining to a seasonal membership purchase.
2.2 A refund (on a pro rata basis) may be requested solely in the case of serious injury/illness or move. Proof of the serious injury/illness or move is required.
2.3 Prorated refunds are determined according to the following calendar:
Before May 22, 2026 —— 85%
Until June 26, 2026 ———– 70%
Unil July 31, 2026 ———– 40%
Until September 4, 2026 ———— 15%
After September 4, 2026 ————– 0%
2.4 Postponement of season pass: Only a season pass that is not used during the 2027 season may be postponed to the 2028 season. A postponement request must be made before the end of 2027 season. A season pass can only be postponed once and is non-refundable when postponed, regardless of the reason.
