1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 For all daily equipment rental purchases, the reference date is the date of purchase. Proof of age is required (health insurance card and/or driver’s license) to get discount rates (junior and toddler).
1.2 Purchase of a rental equipment doesn't grant access to the mountain or learning zone. A right of access (ticket or membership) is mandatory.
1.3 Normal wear and tear insurance included. The insurance does not cover damage caused by inappropriate or abusive use, damage caused by an accident, theft or loss of equipment.
1.4 Late fees apply if the equipment rental is returned later than scheduled on your rental period.
2. MODIFICATION AND REFUND POLICIES
2.1 Before you take possession of the equipment: a refund may be requested without justification.
2.2 From the moment you take possession of the equipment: No refund will be granted regardless of the reason.
2.3 From the moment you take possession of the equipment: Under no circumstances is it possible to exchange ski equipment for snowboard equipment (or vice versa). A customer wishing to do so will have to pay again for the regular daily rental rates in effect.
2.4 At any time during the rental period, it is possible, without any additional fee, to adjust the size of the boots or helmet if you notice after a short period of time that another size would be more appropriate.
