1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 A ticket is required for anyone wishing to access the mountain.
1.2 For all ticketing purchases, the reference date is the date of purchase. Proof of age is required (health insurance card and/or driver’s license) to get discount rates (senior, junior and toddler).
1.3 Mont Rigaud reserves the right to revoke the privileges that a lift ticket confers, and this without any refund, to anyone not complying with the Mountain Code of Conduct or showing disrespectful or offensive behavior.
1.4 A ticket is non-transferable and non-sharable.
1.5 Ticket resale is prohibited.
2. MODIFICATION AND REFUND POLICIES
2.1 A refund or date change is only granted by Mont Rigaud in the event of a sporadic closure of the resort. If the resort remains open, no refund, credit or date change will be granted on a ticket, regardless of the reason.
