1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Seasonal memberships are on presale from September 1st to October 15th, each year. Starting October 16th, regular prices are applied and no exception is granted.
1.2 For all memberships, the reference date is December 31st, 2026. A proof of age is required (health insurance card and/or driver’s license) to obtain discount rates (senior, junior and toddler).
1.3 A first purchase includes a reloadable access card. The card must be kept in order to reload it for future visits (this season and the ones to come, during Winter and Summer). A 5$ fee per card applies for any replacement.
1.4 Complete payment is required to obtain a season pass.
1.5 Mont Rigaud reserves the right to revoke the privileges that a season pass confers, and this without any refund, to anyone not complying with the Mountain Code of Conduct or showing disrespectful or offensive behavior.
1.6 Seasonal memberships are non-shareable (except commercial memberships).
1.7 Membership resale is prohibited.
2. REFUND AND POSTPONEMENT POLICIES
2.1 An administrative fee of $25 is charged for any refund or change pertaining to a seasonal membership purchase.
2.2 Before December 5, 2026: A refund may be requested for a 2026-2027 season pass, but it must not have been used. No justification required.
2.3 As of December 5, 2026: A refund (on a pro rata basis) may be requested solely in the case of serious injury/illness or move. Proof of the serious injury/illness or move is required.
2.4 Prorated refunds are determined according to the following calendar:
Before December 5, 2026 —— 100%
Through December 18, 2026 ———– 85%
Through January 3, 2027 ———– 70%
Through February 5, 2027 ———– 40%
Through March 5, 2027 ———— 15%
After March 5, 2027 ————– 0%
2.5 Postponement of season pass: Only a season pass that is not used during the 2026-2027 season may be postponed to the 2027-2028 season. A postponement request must be made before the end of 2026-2027 season. A season pass can only be postponed once and is non-refundable when postponed, regardless of the reason.
